Web 3.0 should be conceptualized as an information-centric network that symbolizes the zenith of efficient information organization.
Despite the finite nature of web resources, this web would elegantly cater to an infinite variety of content creation demands across diverse application landscapes.
Concurrently, it would have the capacity to refine and elevate its utility by extracting and emphasizing high-value information, thereby optimally utilizing the available resources to enrich the Web.
Thus, the Web 3.0 MAY be a combination of A(G)I linked data, Valuable webkit (so-called Web3 trustless infrastructure) and Web2.0 infrastructure.
The definition of "metaverse" is not finalized yet.
The time this project is kicked off, "metaverse" definition in Wikipedia was, "The metaverse is a collective virtual shared space, created by the convergence of virtually enhanced physical reality and physically persistent virtual space, including the sum of all virtual worlds, augmented reality, and the Internet."
The latest description in Wikipedia is, "In futurism and science fiction, the metaverse is a hypothetical iteration of the Internet as a single, universal and immersive virtual world that is facilitated by the use of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) headsets. In colloquial use, a metaverse is a network of 3D virtual worlds focused on social connection."
From M4M perspective, metaverse is a combination of "Ready Player One" and "Ender's Game".
A metaverse shall be able to map physical world to cyberspaces, technique brings immersive Internet to physical entities, and able to setup society inside virtual verse.
A metaverse shall be able to enable physical controls from cyberspace and provide feedback cross virtual and reality.
In M4M document, we use "verse" to describe the core idea of metaverse systems.
A metaverse shall setup its own worldview, and build a close-loop ecosystem for entities inside it. The worldview and entities are created by intangible creations of the human/artificial intellect, which forms various of intellectual properties (IPs).
Entities in different verses, esp., users and people, have potential requirement to take cross verse trips, which forms a larger ecosystem of "multiverse".
Several requirements shall be satisfied for the worldview of crossing multiverse,
Open framework for joint multiverse. The ecosystem of multiverse are opened to welcome new verses, any verse that join multiverse can only be "discovered" by existing verses without any change or upgrade.
Normalization for worldview cross verses. If a verse is discovered, any entities shall be able to transfer cross verses and been normalized by the other worldview, without affecting the verse balance.
Close-loop economic system to support society network. Multiverse forms a larger ecosystem, that a baseline of interaction shall be defined, that any evaluation cross verse shall be understood and accepted by all the entities in different verses, which forms a series of close-loop rules and mechanisms. Considering that the users of multiverse are human beings, a close-loop economic system to support society network can be a good start.
Digital twins shall be involved to combine physical reality and cyber verse. A branch of communication channels with data privacy are required for the combination. The digital twin shall be able to manage all the accounts, data and assets in close loop web app ecosystems. The access control of the communication channels shall be an autonomous mechanism rather than a third party managed platform, just like physics in this universe.
The digital twins are forming an online society, interaction with multiple web apps and digital assets.
The value of an identity can be amplified through its consumable derivatives, morphing the entity represented by the identity into a collectible asset. The accumulation of these collectibles and their consumable derivatives constructs the value of IP.

Self-sovereign personal showroom for users to demonstrate their digital collections in multiverse.
Standard assetization tool for multiverse entities, with close-loop economic system to serve the multiverse.
A marketplace for token based exchanges of 3D models, help users to enhance their virtual outlook with equipments from different verse(s), and enables multiverse asset exchange.
Protocol series to balance the worldview cross-verse.
